PRAYING MANTIS BREEDING - with Leon Hills - LEON CREATOR

A video showing the mating of a pair of typical large African Praying Mantises (Sphodromantis spp). See the stills at the end of the video to see egg cases (oothecae) & nymphs - I say in the video that I was rearing 500 at one point - I think, in actual fact it was over 700. That many take too long to feed & you are better off letting them eat each other for a while until you have a good, manageable number of larger nymphs!
