Turn on and set up the Atlas End User Portal. Dave from Atlas AVD shows where the portal is metered in Subscription (one unit per portal user per month, with an on/off switch in Metered products), turning it on for a tenant in the Settings Matrix, the per-customer User Portal switch and the portal login link on the tenant page, then Portal Settings inside the portal: portal title, welcome message, preferred connection method, desktop metrics, an announcement banner with severity and a time window, Smart Connect Insights, and checking what your users see.
