1977 Mercury 1150 Inline 6 Outboard

First start off the boat, I managed to flood the motor which takes a while to start after winter lay up. The 99 cubic inch inline six cylinder two stroke power head retains one of the best power to weight ratio's of any outboard. The same block was used on 90, 115, & 140 hp outboards each with a higher state of tune, a big block 175 hp version topped the model range. Highly successful in offshore powerboat racing due to its ability to accept performance improvements through porting and improved carburation.
