Beginner pole tutorial - Pole walk

In today's video we'll look at one of the few entry level pole moves that is simple enough to learn in a session, but might take years to truly find your own style in it. I LOVE walking around the pole as it helps me to tune in and drop into my body and it sets the mood for the rest of the flow, whether you're just practicing at home or performing for an audience.
