As a junior architect navigating the interior design space, stepping into an exhibition of this scale was an absolute sensory overload. My friend and I went in with one main mission: network, collect vendor cards, study cutting-edge furniture details, and absorb everything. From mind-blowing installations by Design NiDukaan, MuseLAB, B&B Italia, and Flos lighting to realizing that the price tags are way out of our fresher salaries—it was an incredible mix of inspiration and a harsh reality check. We scored free Daily Objects tote bags, bumped into long-lost architecture peers, and heard seasoned architects discuss how ID has transformed from a technical product showcase into a high-end collector's gallery.
