Our walk begins at Hauptwache, one of Frankfurt's best-known central squares, before turning into Biebergasse. As always, the city centre is bustling with activity, especially on Saturdays, when locals and visitors come to enjoy shopping and explore the main commercial streets. We will also see a queue of shoppers outside UNIQLO, the popular Japanese clothing brand. Next, we continue along Grosse Bockenheimer Straße, also known as Fressgass, where we stop by several small shops and observe everyday city life. As the autumn weather becomes cooler,outdoor café and restaurant setting gradually loses its appeal, and more visitors choose to sit indoos. Our walking tour ends at Opernplatz, one of the most beautiful squares in Frankfurt, with the magnificent Alte Oper (Old Opera House) as its impressive centrepiece.
