Kansas - Live - 1976 - Child Of Innocence (New Orleans)

Recorded live at the Municipal Auditorium on March 23, 1976 in New Orleans, Louisiana. This song is from the MASQUE album and from the tour in support of that album. The band was the opening act for Bad Company and Steve Walsh's main influence Paul Rodgers. The song was written by Kerry Livgren and is about the inevitability of Death. I apologize for the hiccup at the beginning of the song and there is a drop out when the sound engineer pans the guitars near the end of the song. Other than that this is an excellent performance. Steve Walsh - Vocals, Keyboards Kerry Livgren - Guitars, Keyboards Robby Steinhardt - Violin, Vocals Rich Williams - Guitars Dave Hope - Bass Phil Ehart - Drums
