Taking a gap year was pretty intimidating at first, but it ended up changing my life in a big way. During that time, I became a lot more articulate, built a community of ambitious girls across platforms like TikTok, gained confidence, and picked up some solid skills. In this video, I’m sharing the 3 mindset shifts that helped make that happen: Decoupling your identity from school: Realizing your worth and intelligence are not defined by grades, academic labels, or institutional validation. Deciding who you are before the world validates you: Owning your identity, status, and authority internally instead of waiting for outside permission. Raising your standards for success: Not settling for average routines and holding yourself to a higher bar in every area of life.
