W212 center console lid & comand scroll fix

The procedure took about two hours, I'm not skilled enough and I didn't have any quality tools, not to mention that I'm not my strong point with the filming / editing either. The most complicated operations were those in which I had to remove the plate from under the scroll wheel. and removing the clamps from the green plate inside the scroll.The scroll work perfect now. I partially solved the lid part, something needs to be replaced there, the sliding rail is a bit deformed.
