How to Install Python on Windows 11 (and Add It to PATH)

Install Python from python.org, add it to PATH, and check that python and pip work in Terminal. Steps: 1. Go to python.org, select Downloads, and choose the Python 3.15.0 link for the classic installer. 2. Open the file and tick Add python.exe to PATH, then select Install Now. 3. When setup finishes, select Disable path length limit, then Yes, then Close. 4. Open Terminal and type python --version, then pip --version, to check both work. 5. Type python to start it, and exit() to leave.
