Jet Ski Engine Installation 1999 Yamaha XLT1200

I paid $250 for this 1999 Yamaha XLT1200 with only 107 hours on it, but there's a hole in the engine block. A couple of months later, I picked up two free 2001 Yamaha XLT1200 parts skis. From the three XLT 1200 engines, I was able to put together one good engine. After selling off parts from the bad skis, this 1999 XLT1200 will cost me absolutely nothing but my time. The 1999 has been on my project list for over a year and a half, I finally finished it in October 2025. The test ride will happen in the Spring of 2026
