iMac G3 Grape - MacEffects New Inner Frame!

#vintagecomputing #retrocomputing #macintosh I picked up this Grape iMac G3 slot load machine back in 2016, and its been sitting around ever since. There is one glaring issue that plagues these particular machines, and that is the inner-frame substructure. They get brittle and crumble. I feel that its probably due to long heat exposure. Fortunately? There is a solution! MacEffects offers a replacement inner frame for these machines, prolonging their life. a prototype run was sent to me for testing, so i decided to try it out!
