This is another one of those where you'll most likely win if you can hold blue fire, and it's probably the easiest out of all the GP tracks. Just make sure to get the blue fire pad in the market, as it's much faster than the first one. I ended up beating the developer by three seconds and I'm surprised I'm only three seconds away from the world record.
