CEM VISITED HANGRUM FOR THE FIRST TIME In the recently concluded immigration programme at Hangrum CEM of NCHAC Debolal Garlosa inaugurated Soil IB, Community Hall, CC Road & Play Ground. Garlosa has attended the inaugural programme as Chief Guest along with the Guest of Honour Chairperson, NCHAC Ranu Langthasa along with Executive members Debojit Bathari, Biswajit Daolagupu, Alam Jeme, Paudaming Newme, Ieagum Pame & others Members of Autonomous Council, anf GaonBuras. The inauguration programme was presented with Cultural Dance where various Cultural items were displayed by the different tribes. Moreover the aforementioned attendees of NCHAC has conducted general meeting with the villagers at Hangrum.
