SCOTRAIL WATCHING at STIRLING 4th JULY 2026

I filmed railway movements across four locations in Central Scotland: Stirling, Gleneagles, Perth and Dunblane. The day began with several observation periods at Stirling, continued with a quieter rural session at Gleneagles, included a brief stop at Perth, and ended with further filming at Dunblane and Stirling. Filmed on Saturday 4 July 2026 at Stirling there is a mixture of Scotrail Class 43 HST, Class 170 DMU and Class 385 EMU. Class 43's are observed operating Inter7City services between Glasgow Queen St and Aberdeen/Inverness. Class 170 on regional services between Glasgow Queen St and Dundee/Inverness. Class 385 on local electric services between Edinburgh and Dunblane / Glasgow Queen St and Alloa. Detailed arrival/departure information and fleet numbers included are included in the film.
