194 Years in ONE Family… Now We're Breaking Ground for the NEXT Generation!

This Georgia property has been in the same family since 1832… that’s 194 years of family history! Now, another generation is preparing to build a new home on the very same land. In this video, we’re moving some serious Georgia red clay with a Volvo EC300 excavator and CAT D4 dozer as we prepare the site for a new home. There’s plenty of digging, grading, and hauling dirt as this project takes shape. But this job has a story that goes well beyond moving dirt. I also take you on a tour of the old family home, originally built in 1832. The house has been sitting empty and is now being disassembled, but the family history continues as a direct descendant prepares to build a new home on the back side of the property. It’s not every day you get to work on a piece of property with nearly two centuries of family history behind it! Thanks for coming along with us on another adventure. I appreciate each and every one of you watching and supporting the Tristar Diggin’ channel. God bless! #TristarDiggin #Excavation #HeavyEquipment
