Ingredients: • 1/2 liter full cream or full fat Milk • 3 tsp Sugar • 2 tsp instant Coffee powder • Hot Water • 1 tsp Corn flour • 1 tsp Milk • Chocolate syrup • Chocolate chips Method: • Heat up milk in a pan. • When the milk begins to boil add sugar. • Add hot water in instant coffee powder and mix well. • Add the coffee mixture into the milk and mix well. • You can decide the quantity of coffee depending on how strong coffee you want. • Add milk in corn flour to make slurry and add the slurry into the milk. • Mix well and boil the mixture on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. • Turn off the gas and let the coffee down completely. • Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and transfer it into the freezer for about 1 hour. • Take the mixture out and blend it well. • Pour the chocolate syrup along the serving glass and pour out the cold coffee into it. • Garnish with few chocolate chips and thick creamy cold coffee is all ready.
