Where Is the Czech Republic? Prague Old Town at Night (I Lived Here)

"Where is the Czech Republic?" It's the first thing people ask when I say I lived there. So this video answers it, then takes you on an evening walk through Prague's Old Town. Filmed in October, we start at Můstek, pass Národní třída, walk through Old Town Square and the astronomical clock, wander past the souvenir shops and Pařížská street, and finish at Charles Bridge. What you'll learn along the way: Where the Czech Republic (Czechia) is, and which countries border it Národní třída, where the 1989 Velvet Revolution began Charles IV and Charles University (founded 1348) The astronomical clock, installed in 1410 Prague Castle, founded around 880 Charles Bridge, begun in 1357 I lived in Prague, so this one is personal.
