At 65 years old, Jamshed walks miles through the streets of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, selling peanuts to earn a living. His day begins long before he meets his first customer. He prepares his own food, roasts the peanuts, packs everything he needs, and then heads out on foot. On a typical day, Jamshed walks around 8–10 kilometers (5–6 miles), carrying his supply with him as he searches for customers across the city. By the end of the day, he earns around 400–500 Bangladeshi taka—roughly $3–$4 USD. In this documentary, we follow Jamshed from morning to night and experience the everyday reality behind his work—from preparing peanuts and walking the streets to making small sales and eventually returning home. This film is not simply about how much he earns. It is a closer look at the determination, independence, and everyday work behind a life that most people pass without ever knowing.
