Ingredients 1.3kg tomato’s ( quartered ) 1 big onion ( chopped ) 1 bulb garlic ( bottom cut off ) Few splashes of olive oil Salt n pepper 450 ml veg stock Few basil leaves 60ml double cream Throw in other herbs and spices completely up to you 😁
