🤖👥 Try Hyperagent: https://www.hyperagent.com/shark AI agents can already analyze data, write emails, research problems, and automate individual tasks. But most workflows still require a person to move information between tools, decide which AI should work next, and manage every handoff. Hyperagent takes a different approach by letting you build teams of specialized AI agents that can work together. Each agent can have its own role, system prompt, tools, permissions, responsibilities, and limits. Agents can delegate work to one another, operate on schedules, communicate through tools like Slack, and stop for human approval when a decision should not be automated. In this video, I build an entire AI operations team for an online furniture retailer managing 1,200 orders. The team has to investigate delayed orders, inventory mismatches, supplier problems, duplicate orders, refund requests, pricing errors, customer service cases, and other operational issues. I build a team of eight specialized AI agents: Olivia — Operations Manager Daniel — Data Analyst Marcus — Finance Jane — Procurement & Inventory Sophie — Customer Experience Noah — Systems & Processes Rachel — Risk & Compliance Ethan — Executive Reporting I connect the agents to: Google Sheets Slack Gmail Then I give Olivia responsibility for coordinating the entire operation. The agents analyze all 1,200 orders, identify the highest-priority cases, delegate investigations to the appropriate specialists, verify information directly against the company data, prepare customer communications, escalate uncertain decisions for human approval, and produce a final management report. In this video, I’ll show you: How to build a team of specialized AI agents How system prompts define each agent’s job How AI agents delegate work to one another How to connect Hyperagent with Slack How agents work with Google Sheets How an AI agent can prepare Gmail drafts How to control permissions and agent boundaries How agents verify information instead of relying on assumptions How to add human approval to sensitive decisions How multiple agents coordinate a complete operational workflow How to generate an executive management summary How to schedule the entire AI team to run automatically every day Built For: Business operations Customer support Sales research and follow-ups Finance workflows Data analysis Procurement and inventory Research Content production Development and incident management Recurring personal workflows Multi-step business automation The most interesting part is not simply having multiple AI agents. It is allowing different agents to take responsibility for different parts of a process, pass work and context between one another, and keep the operation moving without requiring a human to direct every individual step. At the same time, the workflow can still stop when important information cannot be verified or when a decision requires human approval. Instead of using AI as another tool that needs constant instructions, Hyperagent is designed around building AI teams that can coordinate work together.
