As Cape Breton Local Immigration Partnership (CBLIP) members support the settlement of newcomers to Unama’ki – Cape Breton, we honour and respect those who have welcomed and taught settlers here for generations. The CBLIP Mi’kmaw Advisory Committee (MAC) is guiding our journey in reconcili-action and helping to ensure that Mi’kmaw voices are centered in our shared work to foster inclusive communities for newcomers.
