Icom ic718 help needed

In this weeks video I show you that I can't transmit on the second part of the 7mhz (40M) band The radio will let me transmit on 7.0-7.1 but not 7.1-7.2mhz?? If anyone nos of a mod I can do to make it transmit on the second part on the 40m band Please post it in the comments below
