Catching up on some more Middle Earth braid style with this one. It's hard to tell what's really going on in Arwen's hair during this scene because she has dark hair and she's either in pitch black, or dashing through the forest in a frantic chase. So, this was the best research I could do, hopefully you enjoy it!
