درمان بی دندانی با استفاده از ایمپلنت های ریموت انکوریج

مراجعه کننده گرامی خانم ۷۵ ساله که به علت تحلیل شدید استخوان فک کاندید پیوند از لگن بودند که با استفاده از ایمپلنت های ریموت انکوریج و با استفاده از استخوان های زایگوما (گونه) ، نازال( بینی) و پتریگویید و بدون نیاز به پیوند لگن که بعد از آن بیمار به ناچار باید حدود یکسال بی دندانی داشته باشد تنها در مدت یک هفته بعد از جایگذاری ایمپلنت ها با استفاده از تکنیک بارگذاری فوری ) immediate loading پروتز موقت دریافت کرده اند و سه ماه بعد هم پروتز نهایی را تحویل خواهند گرفت مزیت این روش و به کارگیری ایمپلنت های ریموت انکوریج نسبت به روش قدیمی پیوند لگن علاوه بر اینکه بیمار را از جراحی در دو ناحیه و بستری در بیمارستان برای برداشت پیوند از لگن بی نیاز می کند به بیمار کمک می کند که در زمان بسیار کوتاهتر دندان دریافت کند A 75-year-old female patient with severe jawbone atrophy was initially considered a candidate for bone grafting using bone harvested from the hip. However, by utilizing remote anchorage implants and taking advantage of the available bone in the zygomatic (cheekbone), nasal, and pterygoid regions, we were able to avoid the need for hip bone grafting. One of the major advantages of this approach is that the patient is spared from undergoing two separate surgical procedures and hospitalization for harvesting bone from the hip. Furthermore, unlike the conventional approach, which may require the patient to remain without teeth for an extended period during the healing and grafting process, this technique can significantly shorten the overall treatment time. In this case, using the immediate loading technique, the patient received a temporary prosthesis just one week after implant placement. The final prosthesis is planned to be delivered approximately three months later.
