Location & Accessibility — 10/10 The location was very convenient, and getting to Machan was easy with a smooth overall arrival experience. 2. First Impression & Arrival Experience — 10/10 We had a warm and welcoming start to our breakfast, with the polished hospitality we expected from a luxury hotel. 3. Seating Comfort & Table Setup — 10/10 We found the seating comfortable, and the table was neatly arranged and well presented. 4. Ambience & Decor — 10/10 We really enjoyed the elegant and peaceful ambience, which made the breakfast feel relaxed and unhurried. 5. Food Quality — 10/10 The food was fresh, well prepared and genuinely enjoyable, making this one of the strongest aspects of our breakfast. 6. Menu Variety & Pricing — 8/10 The selection was good and covered the essentials, but personally, we felt the variety was a little limited compared to other luxury hotels. 7. Service & Staff Behaviour — 8/10 The indoor seating service was excellent and attentive. However, when we sat outdoors, the service wasn't quite as consistent or attentive. 8. Waiting Time & Efficiency — 10/10 Everything was handled efficiently, and we didn't experience any significant waiting during our breakfast. 9. Hygiene & Cleanliness — 10/10 Everything looked clean and well maintained, and the buffet was presented in a hygienic and organized manner. 10. Overall Experience & Value — 10/10 Overall, we had a wonderful breakfast experience, with great food, ambience, comfort and the quality of hospitality we look for at a luxury hotel. OVERALL SCORE: 96/100 We had a really enjoyable breakfast experience at Machan. The food quality, ambience, seating, cleanliness and overall hospitality stood out for us. The two areas where we felt there was room for improvement were the comparatively smaller variety and the inconsistency in service between indoor and outdoor seating.
