I Restored a Broken Space Crusade Board Game | Warhammer 40K Oldhammer Classic

I bought a battered copy of Space Crusade on eBay and decided to bring it back from the dead. This is the classic Games Workshop and Milton Bradley board game that dragged a lot of us into Warhammer 40K back in the 90s, and restoring it turned into a proper nostalgia-fuelled rabbit hole. In this first part of the Space Crusade restoration series, I inspect the old box, clean the filthy components, strip the miniatures, fix broken pieces, repair the board game box, magnetise the Space Marine weapons, and build custom sci-fi bases for the miniatures.
