Malibu - My Friends - J&M JA 7" 1985

Produced by J.Morgan and K.Johnson for their J&M label. The late great Kenneth 'Malibu' Johnson with his big hit 'My Friends'. On a killer Taxi Gang rendition of the Shank-I-Sheck rhythm. Also pressed on 12" with Early B's 'Circle Jamaica' cut on the flip side. Both tracks included on the very rare and highly sought after joint album 'My Friends Circle Jamaica'. This single is surprisingly scarce for such a popular record which was ringing out all over the dancehalls in the mid 80s. In loving memory of the legendary entertainer Malibu, may he rest in eternal peace. #malibu #kennethjohnson #j&m #taxigang #slydunbar #robbieshakespeare #slynrobbie #reggae #dancehall #jamaica
