Troubleshooting dragon up down movement and ball reload on Dungeons and Dragons premium and LE

A long distance customer has an error for the up down movement of the Dragon on his LE. Also, after playing multiball, the game says please wait, possibly because the balls are not positioned correctly in the main trough and dragon trough. I use our showroom Premium to demonstrate and talk about everything I can think of that could cause these symptoms. Hopefully there are some useful nuggets of information for anyone who may need to troubleshoot the dragon. Thankfully most of our premiums and LEs have been fine after Stern made the dragon fix kit and implemented it on production games.
