Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone: The Whole Story Retold for Sleep (Unofficial)

Tonight Professor Hollis tells the whole of the first Harry Potter book, slowly and in his own words: the doorstep on Privet Drive, the storm of letters, a giant at midnight, Diagon Alley, the red train from King's Cross, the Sorting, a first Quidditch match, a quiet Christmas and a mirror, and the trapdoor under the three-headed dog. Along the way he pauses by the fire to talk about the old boarding-school stories it grew out of, the real Nicolas Flamel, and the parts he loves most. No passages are read from the book; this is an unofficial retelling and commentary in our own words. Nothing frightening, and nothing later depends on anything earlier. Fall asleep whenever you like. An unofficial, fan-made lore lecture. Harry Potter is the property of its author and publishers. New episode every night. #harrypotter #philosophersstone #sleepstory #loreforsleep #bedtimestory
