Preamble of the Constitution of Bangladesh : Lecture 2

This lecture focuses on two issues regarding the preamble. First, is the preamble a part of the Constitution? In answering this question, the lecture makes a comparative analysis of this issue between Bangladesh and India. Secondly, the lecture explains the question raised by K C Wheare about people as the enacting authority of a constitution. This issue has also been described from a comparative constitutional perspective.
