NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Lewis and Clark Board of County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Commission Chambers, Rm 330.
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Commission.

a. Grey Rock Subdivision. (Tabled 8-20-26) (Applicant: Grey Rock Development Co., LLC, Brad Moe) (Planner: Lindsay A. Morgan)
The Commissioners will consider the proposed 33-lot Subdivision located north of Canyon Ferry Road, east of and adjacent to Valley Drive. The Commission will also consider two variance requests related to the project. The first variance is to allow access for proposed Lot 32 onto Valley Drive instead of Grey Rock Road (Chapter XI.F.5) and the second variance is to allow proposed Lot 33 to exceed the lot length to width ratio (Chapter XI.F.7).
