Baher - Afrika (RKT04)

Vinyl: https://www.kma60.com/release/1787131019/b... Digital: https://baher.bandcamp.com/album/fragments Rakete returns with its fourth release from Minneapolis-based producer and DJ, Baher Eid. The Egyptian artist’s debut EP, Fragments, unfolds across five introspective, club-focused tracks that move fluidly through shades of house, techno, and the spaces in between. Shaped by years spent digging through forgotten records and a deep immersion in underground club culture, the release balances rhythmic restraint with emotional weight. Written in Minneapolis, Fragments reflects over a decade of global influences and today’s analog-led approach that shapes Baher’s musical identity. Echoes of Egypt’s desert raves, the raw energy of Midwestern warehouse spaces, resulting in a record that feels both intimate and expansive. Classic 909 and 707 drum machines, old school analog synthesizers, modern production techniques and processing create a collection rooted in hypnotic functionality and embraces simplicity, texture, and the creative possibilities of artistic limitation. credits released October 2, 2026 Written & Produced by Baher Eid All tracks made in Minneapolis, USA Mastered at DDA Mastering Artwork by Severja Distributed by KMA60 Manufactured by KPM © 2026 Rakete Records.
