THE MERRY WIDOW in Spanish

ArtesMiami was the principal sponsor of Marti Productions' La Viuda Alegre, an adapted version, by Manny Albelo & Marlene Urbay, of Franz Lehar's The Merry Widow, a world-famous operetta. It was presented at Little Havana's Manuel Artime Theater on November 16th and 17th, to more than 1,600 fans. Tania Marti, the genius behind this production, should be congratulated for preserving valuable aspects of our culture.
