GODZILLA MINUS ONE MOVIE REACTION – The Greatest Godzilla Movie Ever Made?! - FIRST TIME WATCHING

Godzilla Has Never Felt This Terrifying.... Or This Human! Roxy Striar & Tara Erickson watch Godzilla Minus One for the first time in this full movie reaction and review! Set in postwar Japan, Takashi Yamazaki’s Oscar-winning kaiju epic follows traumatized former kamikaze pilot Koichi Shikishima as he tries to rebuild his life—only for Godzilla to return and push an already devastated country even further below zero. Roxy & Tara react to Godzilla’s first attack on Odo Island, the boat chase, the terrifying Ginza atomic-breath sequence, Koichi’s guilt and relationship with Noriko, Operation Wada Tsumi, the Shinden plane finale, and the movie’s emotional ending. Godzilla Minus One Full Movie Reaction Watch Along:   / thereelrejects   Written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki (The Eternal Zero, Always: Sunset on Third Street), Godzilla Minus One stars Ryunosuke Kamiki as Koichi Shikishima (Your Name, Suzume), Minami Hamabe as Noriko Oishi (Shin Kamen Rider, Let Me Eat Your Pancreas), Hidetaka Yoshioka as Kenji Noda (Dr. Coto’s Clinic, Always: Sunset on Third Street), Munetaka Aoki as Sosaku Tachibana (Rurouni Kenshin, Silence), Yuki Yamada as Shiro Mizushima (Tokyo Revengers, High & Low), Sakura Ando as Sumiko Ota (Shoplifters, Monster), and Kuranosuke Sasaki as Yoji Akitsu (Samurai Hustle, We Make Antiques!). Roxy & Tara discuss the movie’s powerful human story, Koichi’s survivor’s guilt, Godzilla’s frightening redesign, Naoki Satō’s score, and the remarkable visual effects that earned Godzilla Minus One the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects. They also break down the dorsal-fin buildup to the atomic ray, the mushroom cloud and black rain imagery, the civilian plan to defeat Godzilla, and the final scenes involving Noriko and Godzilla’s regeneration. #GodzillaMinusOne #Godzilla #Gojira #TakashiYamazaki #Toho #Kaiju #OscarWinner #BestVisualEffects #MovieReaction #FirstTimeWatching #JapaneseCinema #GodzillaMovies VERITY MOVIE REACTION:    • VERITY MOVIE REACTION – We Don’t Know What...   The Taking Of Deborah Logan Reaction:    • The Taking Of Deborah Logan Reaction – We ...   HELLRAISER (1987) MOVIE REACTION:    • HELLRAISER (1987) MOVIE REACTION – We Love...   GODZILLA MINUS ONE (2023) MOVIE REACTION:    • GODZILLA MINUS ONE (2023) MOVIE REACTION!!...   00:00 What we know about Godzilla Minus One 0:52 Godzilla Minus One Reaction 1:10:45 Godzilla Minus One Review Follow Tara Erickson    / @taraerickson     / taraerickson     / thetaraerickson   Follow Roxy Striar YouTube:    / @roxystriar   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/roxystriar/...
