Kohler command 17 5 governor problems Made with Clipchamp final

Kohler command 17.5 on a John Deere l110 lawn tractor, with new carburetor . fuel filter, fresh fuel, clean tank. Bought to resell would sputter and want to die when I hit rough terrain, I disconnected the kill wire to coil and adjusted throttle linkage but still wanted to die only on rough terrain, so this was the problem.
