Xcode 27 Simulator Is Gone: Simulator is Missing so Where Everything Moved?

Xcode 27 simulator missing? Simulator.app is deleted from the toolchain — not deprecated, not renamed. It and the Devices and Simulators window are replaced by Device Hub, one list managing virtual and physical devices together. The dangerous part is not the relocation. SimulatorKit.framework moved out of Contents/Developer/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ and into Contents/SharedFrameworks/, and every tool hardcoding the old path fails. Xcode still opens, the project still builds, Previews still render. The failure only appears in automation — usually during a release freeze.
