Tensions rose at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry as Chairperson Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga confronted Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni during intense questioning. Sibanyoni was questioned about his alleged business dealings with Dr Tengane Thomas Ntuli, payments linked to the Moloto Road project, WhatsApp messages involving taxi boss Oupa “Bafana” Sindane, and allegations of extortion.
