This build consists of the new Heng Blade Weapon with the Snowparting Blade martial art, which is something that we’ve been waiting for a long time, and the new Phalanxbane Blade martial art, which provides amazing buffs or damage. This build is extremely strong in both PvE and PvP, due to its very high DPS and the ability to break the target’s defense very often. You can stagger boss enemies constantly in PvE, and the same applies for PvP, where you also gain a lot of Tenacity while casting your skills, meaning you will rarely get interrupted. Seeing a Boss enemy get absolutely destroyed without even being able to fight back is pretty satisfying.
