Building for the Unknown: Scaling Observability as a Product - Riste Oreshkovski

Modern software spends most of its life in production, where real users, real load, and unexpected behaviors expose questions we could never fully predict during development. Observability helps us answer those questions - but scaling that capability across many teams requires more than dashboards and tooling. This talk explores how treating observability as a product, supported by platform engineering principles, can make those insights consistent, self-service, and available by default.
