This is one of the very important tool to acoustically treat your room. I've used two 40 mm polyurethane agglomerate acoustic panel, plus 20 mm air gap. The density of the material is 80 Kg/m3. No talking, just video content, text and HQ images to explain all the process. The video features the complete build, from start to finish, including all the material used, pricing, etc. The only step that is not covered is the hanging of the panel, because it really depends on multiple variables. This project can be converted into a Gobo, ceiling absorption panel, therefore it's up to you to choose the type of hooks or perhaps feet if you'll end up using it as a Gobo.
