The Enneagram: Understanding What Motivates Us

Why do we do the things we do? And why can two people behave in exactly the same way for completely different reasons? In this episode of AIM for More, we're introducing one of my favorite tools for understanding ourselves and others: the Enneagram. We'll explore the nine personality types, what makes the Enneagram different from other personality assessments, and why understanding our underlying motivations matters more than simply identifying our behaviors. The Enneagram isn't about putting people in boxes. It's about developing greater self-awareness, understanding our relationships, and recognizing opportunities for personal growth.
