Satyanarayana Watch this enchanting Kuchipudi presentation of "Mohini Pravesha Daruvu" performed by the talented young artist Akshara Devalla. About the Item: In classical Kuchipudi dance-drama, a 'Pravesha Daruvu' serves as the grand introductory entrance where a divine or royal character reveals their presence and essence. In this iconic piece from the acclaimed ballet 'Mohini Bhasmasura' (choreographed and composed by Guru K.V. Satyanarayana), Lord Vishnu manifests as the celestial enchantress "Mohini" to captivate the universe and restore cosmic balance. The piece beautifully blends brisk jathis (rhythmic syllables), delicate lasya (graceful feminine expression), and captivating mukhabhinaya. Event: K.V.
