Minister Savitha slams YCP: AP BC Welfare Minister S Savitha says fear has gripped the 'axe party' chief and, knowing it will lose the local body elections, the YCP wants to divert people and bring back the 'Raja Reddy constitution', pointing to yesterday's violence in Punganur, Tirupati and other places.
