NMC wiping off SECTION 4(B)? What does it mean for MBBS Abroad?

My question to every student planning to study MBBS abroad is simple: Are you going abroad to become a doctor of that country, or are you going abroad to earn a medical degree, return to India, and practise as a doctor in India? If India is where you see your future as a doctor, then why should you be compelled to clear the licensing examinations of Russia, Vietnam, the Philippines, or any other country where you have no intention of practising?
