SovCit Thinks "I Do Not Consent" Will Save Him—Judge Orders a Mental Evaluation!

Sovereign Citizen Kenneth Failen walks into court for a TRESPASS charge — and can't even finish a sentence. He tries the "special appearance" trick, claims the First Amendment lets him trespass, says "I do not consent," refuses to give his phone number, email, OR address ("it's private"), refuses to sign the protection order, and walks out. The judge has seen enough — competency evaluation ORDERED.
