AQUARIUM SILICONE ONLY do not use silicone that you find in the hardware store, it is full of Algaecides and Formaldehyde and is for commercial and residential use. Must be 100% pure and safe for fish. Silicone must be well dry and cured before being applied with non toxic glue specific for the body. I use quo 1 eyelash glue to adhere the gems to the face.
