"Driving Yourself Sane" This 15-minute presentation introduces the ABCDE model as a practical way to challenge irrational beliefs, change unhelpful emotional reactions, and develop more balanced, rational responses to everyday stress. The speaker is Dr. Alan Groveman, a couple and family psychologist, past president of the New Jersey Psychological Association, among other honored posts, a faculty member at Northwestern University and a member of our congregation.
