🌿 *Sanskrit* is an ancient language of India and has played an important role in the history of Buddhism. 🙏 In Buddhist tradition, many Sanskrit *mantras and dhāraṇīs* are preserved in their original sounds, maintaining the ancient pronunciation and spirit of these sacred recitations. 📖 As Buddhism spread across different countries, many Buddhist scriptures and mantras were translated into Chinese, forming a rich body of Buddhist literature, including the **Medicine Buddha Sutra, Lotus Sutra, Amitabha Sutra**, and many others. 🌸 In Vietnam, these scriptures were further translated and transmitted in Vietnamese, making the Buddha’s teachings more accessible to practitioners.
