Trains & Metro at Chatswood - 16/6/2026

In this video, we do some trainspotting at Chatswood station, including the Sydney Metro. Chatswood has two heavy rail platforms and two metro platforms making up four platforms on total. On the Sydney Trains side, it serves the T1 North Shore and T9 Northern Lines as well as the Central Coast & Newcastle Line during peak hour and it uses Platforms 1 & 4. On the Sydney Metro side, it serves the M1 North West & Bankstown Line, with Tallawong services from Platform 3 and Sydenham services from Platform 2.
